The Superhouse was produced in the early days of architectural animation. The final product was a series of high resolution renderings and an animation. One of the most widely recognized pieces of computer generated architectural imagery, it appeared in numerous publications including the covers of CGW Computer Graphics World (06/92) and Cadence (07/91) magazines. It was also used as part of a national advertising campaign for NEC's MultiSync monitors. It took 8 weeks to render.
